Brunei’s recent Islamic law is causing outrage around around the world

On April 3rd, 2019, the country of Brunei announced that the punishment of gay sex and adultery will include death by stoning.This harsh new penal code is part of an implementation of Sharia Law. Other punishments like the amputation of a hand and a foot for the crime of theft will also be installed.
